I can't even get over the wonderful experience I had with the way Prince processed my refinance!! He was there for every question I had, helped me with getting the documents required to his team either by text or email because I didn't have the access to a fax machine or a scanner. but he made it work without one hitch. That was 21 days of the loan process with a holiday in there as well! It could have been even a shorter time if it weren't held up a couple of days because of my previous mortgage company's inefficiency to get documents to me.
