I just closed yesterday and couldn't be happier! Zak was absolutely wonderful and offered even more than I even thought about doing - refinancing 2 properties at once! And during the process when somehow a higher rate appeared, I called Zak and he made sure they changed it to the lower rate he promised me.
I would recommend him to family and friends. In fact, I will probably go to him again ...I just closed yesterday and couldn't be happier! Jeremy was a great help to me filling out the paper work on the computer and making sure we had everything right. He helped my husband decide what type loan he wanted to get and explained everything to him. There was a mistake in the property amount and he helped get that fixed so we could close on our chosen closing date.
