this was my third time dealing with Rocket Mortgage and by far the best experience of all 3, thanks to Ms. Gabi Rome. It was nice to deal with one primary person throughout the process. Ms. Rome was professional, prompt in returning all calls and emails and very knowledgeable, she had accurate answers for all of my questions and was always courteous and polite.
