Today, I really did have the pleasure of speaking to Dan Butterfied. I was truly pleased with his professional manner. He spoke well, didn’t push. He sincerely wanted to help us. Though, due to snarled legalities, I could not complete the loan and had to go a completely different route, Dan went the extra mile to try and a find solution that could work. He is friendly, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable; having worked in a mortgage processing department myself, I could tell right away that he knows the loan business inside and out. ...Very much recommend Dan Butterfield!
