I contacted Rocket Mortgage from an advertisement that appeared on my computer. Cutter was the person who answered my inquiry. Cutter was always available to answer any question or concern that I had, even during the Christmas holiday season. I don't know when Cutter has any time for himself because he was always available. We refinanced our old home, built in 1940, and even ended with money left over to pay some of our other bills while cutting our current monthly payment almost in half.
