I found myself dealing with a fairly high amount of anxiety during this new experience of buying a house, especially when we hit a few bumps in the road along the way, but David Toma provided a very calming, reassuring presence with his kind, patient attitude. This sounds very cliche, but I immediately felt that I had known him for quite some time and could talk to him as I would to a friend. I feel a lot of gratitude towards him and his professionalism. Should he desire a change in occupation one day, I think he would be an ideal therapist or case worker. Kianda was terrific from the first time we spoke. She didn't try and pressure me into any decision and took the time to answer all my questions as well as address any concerns I had. Throughout the entire process she was always available, however I didn't need to contact her often as everything happened just as she said it would.
