Tracy was amazing from start to finish. Every time I called I got her on the phone and the few times I didn't she called back in less than hour actually 30 minutes or less.

She was almost as excited for me as I was for myself. She kept everything clear and on point.

My father had passed right as this whole process started and always asked how my family and I was doing.

I’d give Joe 10 stars if I could! He was great with us, very professional and figured out what would be the best option for us in refinancing our loan. He answered all my crazy questions and when I said “Slow down and talk to me like I have no clue as to what you’re talking about.” He did and made sure that everything made sense.
