I had a great experience with Daniel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful--the entire refinancing process (dare I say?) was really pleasant and so easy. I'm sure he deal with a lot of people every day, but I never felt rushed and he gave me his full attention when we talked.
