I, too, like Erica knew Tim was the right person from the initial call! he was transparent and caring. He let me know from the beginning what a loan would entail. I appreciate his honesty and his thoughtfulness towards me. There were times we would communicate after hours and even on the weekends. He literally was on vacation with his family but replied to my inquiries. Tim never made me feel like...I, too, like Erica knew Tim was the right person from the initial call! he was transparent and caring. He let me know from the beginning what a loan would entail. I appreciate his honesty and his thoughtfulness towards me. There were times we would communicate after hours and even on the weekends. He literally was on vacation with his family but replied to my inquiries. Tim never made me feel like he was only out for money but he wanted to make sure I got the home I wanted and told me just how to get it.
