I was wary of going to the highly advertized Rocket Mortgage but since it was through Schwab Wealth Mgt (?) I tried it. - I am older with small qualifying income but avilable value in stocks etc - Greg overcame my concerns and made the process easy and quick. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was "Great" and I would recommend them to everyone. My loan officer Dina was "Superb" and very helpful in getting the loan completed in a very timely manner. There times she worked with from her home to ensure tasks were completed and my concerns were addressed.
