Excellent service and follow up. My refinance loan was closed in 15 days.
I had a few minor "issues" that were resolved, and weren't problems at all.
The whole process is done on line, and a few phone calls and emails.
There is a team to help with technical, credit and other items.

Working with Alex was the best experience I had after shopping around 4 different lenders.

He was attentive, responsive, and I always felt as though he were on my side, doing what was in my interests. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, or ill-informed.
