My wife and I were skeptical at first about the Reverse Mortgage. Neil put us quickly at ease and educated us on the advantages and disadvantages of it. Neil continually has checked with us throughout the process answering any questions we had. He has simplified an otherwise very confusing process. Maury, thanks for your help on my refi. The timing was right and the savings fantastic. The procedure was alot easier than expected. Liens that were on the title were exposed that I would never had been made aware of, I can't explain the relief I had getting this cleared up. Thanks for your time and patience and a job well done.
