Cass was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If verbal communication was required, it was scheduled for our convenience, never his. Every conversation ended with Cass asking if we had any questions or concerns. If we were moving on to the next step in the process, a warm transfer was made. We never had to leave a message and wait for a return call.

Cass, Jen Gray, the title researcher, and the closing team are a phenomenal group of people. They ensure the process transpires smoothly and very quickly. Our refinance start to closing took less than two weeks.

Bruce, and all the people I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage, were very professional & responsive. We were dealing with an older couple, not very tech savy, and had some issues at first, but calm nerves on both ends got us thru it. We also had issues with the seller, Fannie Mae, but that hardly made a dip in the road to closing.
