Finding the perfect home took much longer than I could've imagined and there was some definite heartbreak along the way but Andrew stuck by me, always kept my pre-approval letter up to date and overall made me VERY satisfied with the entire experience.

I gave Phillip a excellent score because my husband and I felt he deserved it. I feel he is very knowledgeable about the mortgage he was helping us with. It is very hard to pass a mortgage name on because some people do not want you to know they have a mortgage. If I knew names, Philip would be the first person to whom I would recommend.
