They helped us through every little detail and we did not make it easy on them, we had a lot little changes, things that came up. I already had a home loan with Rocket Mortgage and now I did a refinance with Chris Ponton at Rocket Mortgage. It was done during the busy holidays and I was a bit nervous as I already had my schedule on overload. Thanks to Chris Ponton, his assistants and the convenient way everything is on the internet now, they made it easy for me.
