There were times my wife and I were getting frustrated and I contacted Brent he way out of his way to explain things to us and calm me down. I spoke with him a couple of times and I thought he was calling me from his home.

I know there will be another time we will refinance or buy another home, there is only one company that we will deal with and that's Rocket Mortgage.
