Oops, I made a mistake in my last review of Ashawn. I gave him 4 stars and he is definitely a 5+ star! I thought he hadn’t mentioned anything about closing costs and stated that in my previous review. I also texted him late at night. He responded first thing in the morning, a Saturday by the way.
