Marcello is by far the most personable and helpful mortgage agent I have ever dealt with. That is speaking from the mouth of someone who had purchased 12 homes over the past 50 years. Cannot recommend him, his entire team and Rocket more highly!

this would have been 5 stars if we didn't have to pay any closing costs like we have done in the past, also the whole thing with the insurance also delayed our closing. it definitely didn't go as smoothly as it had in the past. It wasn't the same smooth transition. Hopefully this will be the last time we have to refinance. Still happy to be with Rocket though.
