We had a great experience working with Joe (and his colleagues) at Rocket Mortgage. He hung in there as we amassed a large amount of documentation (I am an independent consultant-LLC) and answered our many questions in a transaction that was somewhat complicated.

The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is...We had a great experience working with Joe (and his colleagues) at Rocket Mortgage. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were.

I was very hesitant to try Rocket Mortgage at first, but my wife talked me into it and working with John made me regret why I even took this long. He was more than helpful in explaining what our options were in regards to going with FHA vs Conventional and suggesting which debts to tackle ...I can't begin to express how grateful we are to have worked with John on our refi with Rocket Mortgage. 14 yrs ago I was in banking for 25 yrs. I have never worked with anyone that treated people with compassion & respect like Maggie. I had such a hard time with the online process and Maggie had such patience with us it was unbelievable! She always got back to us Asap whenever we had a question and treated us like we've been friends forever! I could go on and on.......
