Cristian is wonderful!! Not only is she pleasant and kind, she is incredibly smart and really knows her stuff. She took her time with us (new home-buyers) and helped us get totally informed on what was going on, and feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Oscar was terrific! He gave me several hours of his time on lengthy phone discussions going over the details of Rocket Mortgage's offer and process and evaluating my scenarios for refinancing. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with how the Rocket Mortgage would proceed, including the portions of the process that were particularly confusing, he knew in advance that's how it would go.

He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone in the future. My only comment on the entirety of the process to share with the reader is that Rocket Mortgage did not do a good job of obtaining the absolute latest payoff statements from my prior bank for either my mortgage or HELOC and it took a lot of last minute pressure for me to get them to do that. As a result, they were way off on their closing projections and actually failed to pay off my HELOC in as timely a manner as they intended to. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the financial outcome, but I think, particularly since they intend to move so quickly and efficiently, they should have taken this more seriously than they did. Working with Matt has been an AMAZING experience!

We started the process during the holidays of 2017, in-between the Christmas and the New Year's Holidays. But even though it was the holidays and folks usually try to unplug, Matt never took the momentum off. He worked diligently to get the ball rolling with the initial application and get us closed as soon as possible.

We started the process during the holidays of 2017, in-between the Christmas and the New Year's Holidays. But even though it was the holidays and folks usually try to unplug, Matt never took the momentum off. He worked diligently to get the ball rolling with the initial application and get us closed as soon as possible.

We also are located on the West Coast and the time difference never slowed Matt down. He provided frequent and regular updates/follow-ups, even outside of his normal business hours, to accommodate the fact that we were on PT time zone.

But even after he transitioned us to our new POC Brayden, our Executive Client Care Specialist, he was still watching our application closely and would still chime in with answers to any questions we had.

Overall, Matt is ONE OF THE VERY BEST we have worked with.

Back-end story -
We were working with a local credit union branch in Northern California and met the branch managers' and their loan specialist in-person, but they are not even close to the type of support and customer engagement Matt provided us throughout this whole process.

Even though we have not had the pleasure of meeting Matt in-person or shaking his hand, I am not surprised to see that his ratings have all been 5-star reviews and that he is a part of the President's Club and a Triple Crown Recipient!!!Read MoreRead Less

Tim is awesome!! Eric and I were already approved by another lender, and on a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage to be sure we had an excellent rate with the company we were with. Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him. We looked at the house for the first time, ...Tim is awesome!!
