He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you.

I never expected to get the service I received via the internet. Chad was a pleasure to work with. What I appreciated the most was I talked to him on the phone for more than 15 minutes about what I was looking for before he ever asked for my SS#. That is unheard of, every other mortgage firm I've dealt with that was the 1st question asked. I'm very cautious of my credit and giving my SS# out ...I never expected to get the service I received via the internet. Chad was a pleasure to work with.
