I'm not sure what to write that hasn't already been said in pretty much every other review, but I can tell you that my experience was nothing but positive.

Kevin seems to know when a gentle nudge helps us first-time home-buyers make up our minds, but I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy into something I wasn't ready for or couldn't really afford.
