I called Michael in the end week of November and he was able to close my refinance by December 15,2017.He exactly went over the phone I need to submit docements.and also he highlighted the place where I have to e-sign.it was convenient for me to download and attach the documents at my earliest.

Alan was great. We had a few problems with the checks not arriving on time as promised (they were supposed to be overnighted to arrive on Saturday 12/23/2018. With the holiday and vacation time, the check was not received until late afternoon on Tuesday 12/26/2018. Therefore I couldn't mail it until Wednesday 12/27/2018, which was disappointing.
