Frank was amazing, helped me through the entire process from start to closing, answering every question and making sure without a doubt that I understood every detail before moving forward making this experience as stress free as possible. Thank you frank for all your help and thoughtfulness during this process.

Charlie solicited me for a refinance and once I was on board but needed clarification of the closing numbers that weren't aligned with what he said they'd be he stopped communicating. Did not answer my many phone calls or emails. Other Rocket Mortgage employees stepped in, contacting him to contact me. When that still didn't happen they said we should bypass him and they'd take over!

Linda was very helpful. My wife and I are not technical people. Linda walked us through the process and did not get impatient. Linda was able to answer our questions fully. I am very thankful for Linda and the entire Rocket Mortgage team. God bless and good luck. Marshall and Gina Cote

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. From what I can tell he gave every effort to help me in every way in the purchase of my home. I'm computer illiterate and he walked me through everything I needed. Thank you Kevin

Louise was extremely helpful in getting me through the process for a home equity loan. He kept me informed throughout the process and answered any questions which I had. Since then, I have had a question or two, which Luis answered right away. I’m very pleased with how he helped me and I highly recommend anyone seeking financing to speak with him. Thank you, Luis!
