Our experience with Angelo has been excellent. This is the second refinance we did working with Angelo and he just makes the whole process so simple. I greatly appreciate Scott's proactive-ness (?) as he contacted me about 3 months after I inquired about refinancing to a 15-year loan but the costs were too high then. Scott believed my house had increased in value, enough to take some equity out to pay down some bills which was very, very helpful. He was quick to respond to my questions and careful to ensure I understood the cost of the loan, ...I greatly appreciate Scott's proactive-ness (?) as he contacted me about 3 months after I inquired about refinancing to a 15-year loan but the costs were too high then.
