What a terrific experience it was working with Jerome to refinance our home loan! Even though we were working through the holidays, he kept the ball rolling and now it is flying and we should be able to get our closing before the next payment is due on our current loan! I would give him more starts if I could. I recently bought my second house and used Rocket Mortgage for the first time. If for some reason I need another mortgage lender, it would unquestionable be them. Donnie did an awesome job. He is a solid professional and was so easy to communicate with.
