Appeared to be "hands-off" after initial contact; more coordination & communication needed amongst Rocket Mortgage employees. Length of process, over 5 months, tells that some major things went wrong. I knew nothing of some limitations in the loan qualifying and made a major negative decision during that 5+ month period.
