When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through. I worked with Maggie to close my home equity line of credit. She made me feel like I was taking up her time and asking to many questions. I found her overly aggressive even if her tone was not. I was deciding between refinancing my full mortgage or just the home equity line but first I needed to get the home appraisal to be able to know what my options were so I could make a decision. I found her overly aggressive even if her tone was not. I was deciding between refinancing my full mortgage or just the home equity line but first I needed to get the home appraisal to be able to know what my options were so I could make a decision. Well, the appraisal came back on Friday after hours and I call Maggie on Monday. (I had to call her) Come to find out, she had already sent my mortgage to Close without talking to me so then I had to wait 24 hours before they could send it back to be edited. Then when we finally agree on the package like I wanted it, with “no points”, she sends me the loan disclosure “with points” So I have to call her back. That’s when she tells me that I was asking to many questions and that she had already gone above and beyond for me so if I wanted, someone else could help me…. I was flabbergasted, like this is a big decision for me and she was acting like I was bothering her. It’s not my fault she kept trying to charge me points. Its not my fault she kept sending disclosures that did not match our conversations. I was about to just drop it all until her Sr. Director; Jesse had to get on the call and take over for her. In that one call he got it all take care, sent me the correct disclosure and I got to schedule my closing. If it was not for Jesse, I would have gone to another lender. I would not recommend Maggie at all, I hope someone listens to the calls I had with her and that she gets the training she needs.Read MoreRead Less
