I had no idea about the refinancing process and what was involved. As I explained the situation to Mr. Shaw, he assured me he would guide me through the process. Clark was extremely through with answering many of the questions I had. Not once did I feel embarrassed or like he was overwhelmed by my questioning and the need of him to explain everything. He also made sure I understood everything.
I also had a few things that I needed done in my home and Clark made that possible. This whole divorce process and experience of losing your family, and having to now do things alone, it is very hard to adjust to. I would have to say that this was the best experience I had with the new refinancing process Thanks to Mr. Shaw. I will without a doubt recommend and refer Clark Shaw to everyone and anyone I know. I cannot stress how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Mr. Shaw and working with him. I am so very thankful for my neighbor Sherri recommending me to go to Mr. Shaw. He definitely went above and beyond to help me including searching for discounts. I want to thank him so much for making this process easy for my daughter and I.
