Courtney made my refinance experience great. Every question I had, and I had a Lot of questions, she handled promptly and concisely. Her explanations of the loan process, and the transition to Rocket Mortgage that happened along the way, were made in clear terms for me to process. I am thankful for Courtney's service oriented presentation of Rocket Mortgage and quickly the refinance was completed....Courtney made my refinance experience great. Adam by far was the best person that both my wife and I dealt with. Your other employees were good. From the start to the finish, Adam was always there to answer our questions. He made us feel comfortable that we did two refinances with Rocket Mortgage. He is the person your company should be proud of. First contact goes very far.
