Fantastic experience. Second time working with him and his team, could not have gone any better. Communication at every step, I had a complicated closure due to numerous parties involved, and Tom and his team worked out every issue and guided the process home accurately and quickly. No question the best at what they do.

It was very easy to obtain my mortgage thanks to Tiffany. She was on top of all details and very responsive. She quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and I never had to wait very long for an answer. She was very helpful and checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. Plus, she was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend her.

Shmuel was very attentive to all my questions and at no time spoke over my head. It was a pretty daunting process, but looking back- Shmuel grasp on things made me feel very comfortable. Everything went as he described- no surprises at all.

We felt like things were being pushed without a complete understanding of what our goal was. Both my husband and I had to explain what we were wanting to do several times and we were tossed back and forth with minimal communication of what was happening and why we were needing to speak to other representatives, but in the end we got what we were looking for.

Chris was extremely helpful. Initially, we did not have a down payment, so he put our file to the side. When we remembered some insurance policies that we could cash out, he was very quick to get things rolling again. Chris was never pushy and was positive and helpful. He was the reason that I chose Rocket Mortgage instead of others that I had been getting quotes from.
