I would give Jill more than 5 stars. I spent much of my working years in customer service and she is tops on my assessment. I once had an "exchange engineer" from Pakistan as a repeat customer. He one day remarked to me that the reason I got his repeat business is because most people in America think customer service means just taking a check at the end of the sale and saying thank you, whereas...I would give Jill more than 5 stars. Darren was great from the start. The process was easy, closed in a month, everything was online so that you could see exactly was happening in the day to day activities. I would strongly advise, if you are looking to mortgage, refinance, etc. Darren and Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. I will use them again in the future should I decide to move again.
