JD Meyer was by far the most helpful and professional individual we have ever worked with. JD was able to get us approved and closed within 10 business days. We have never experienced anything like this in the past when trying to refinance our home. We plan on referring all of our friends and family to JD Meyer.

We recently completed a refinancing of our home, and was able to complete the entire process in under 10 days, thanks in large part to Julie's focus and determination. (That's 10 days from our first commitment to seeing the cash proceeds wired to our account.) From end to end, the Rocket Mortgage experience was one of the most efficient and seamless online solutions we've ever used. Julie represented her organization very well, offering highly competitive rates and terms, even considering our aggressive time frame. She was always prompt and professional and she made certain that everything remained on track, even when her schedule required her to be out of the office for a couple of days. She exceeded our expectations through every phase of the process. I would highly recommend Julie and Rocket Mortgage to anyone with a mortgage financing need. Thanks Julie.Read MoreRead Less

He was professional, answered my questions quickly. Gave us some quick options – all on an online chat. The next day, we started the process, spoke a couple of times over the phone and within about three weeks, had closed on the refi. He explained everything well and guided us through a very simple process. I would recommend him – and have – any time. Going through Rocket Mortgage was seamless, and Dj was a big reason for that.Read MoreRead Less

Wissam, what an asset you are to Rocket Mortgage! You always made me feel that I was the only customer you had, which takes excellent customer service skills, which you obviously have. "Sam Wise" Thanks so much, you made my experience a positive journey to my dream of living near my sister.

From the beginning to the end of the consolidation loan process, Cass was there to assist and answer any questions (although he covered everything so well, I had very few if any). I especially appreciated his consideration of my personal time and the efficient manner in which he dealt with the refinancing - closing in 14 days! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone.
