Hugh was great! The Underwriters on the other hand were pathetic. You guys seem to just hire anyone off the street with no experience. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some money on people whom know what they’re doing. I was supposed to close on 02/26 but didn’t close until 3/3. But since we closed late I was left scrambling to figure everything out. I’ll never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and I deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis and I’ll make sure they stay clear of this company. If I didn’t ruffle some feathers at the end of this process nothing would’ve been done to close even somewhat on time.Now send me a survey about Kim Keezer because she’s getting the stars which she deserves which is 0. She loved to come up with excuses for the underwriters and was very belittling. But Hugh I hope you find a better company that values you, and your expertise.
