Jim Crombez was superb as he walked us through the process, explaining what a Reverse Mortgage was all about and getting us the best deal for our situation. It all progressed in a timely manner just as he told us it would and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We would definitely recommend Jim as the go to person for One Reverse Mortgage.

I gave Phillip a excellent score because my husband and I felt he deserved it. I feel he is very knowledgeable about the mortgage he was helping us with. It is very hard to pass a mortgage name on because some people do not want you to know they have a mortgage. If I knew names, Philip would be the first person to whom I would recommend.
