I would recommend Rocket Mortgage before a bank, because of your service with such integrity the banks do offer, the banks made one feel like they had to fight for a loan, so not what I encountered doing my refi with you Lisa and Rocket Mortgage. I received a lower interest rate, and the notice if I was would qualify sooner, that alone, was worth it, furthermore, they close so in 30 days as opposed to 60 days as a bank. Thank you Lisa for taking the time to explain the complete process of what and whys, giving me a confidence with the loan, it turned out to be much easier than I ever imagined. I can't you enough Lisa, you and Rocket Mortgage ARE THE BEST ! Read MoreRead Less

Sammy was simply the best. I cannot overstate this point. He was precise, efficient, responsive, and found the best solution for my family that quite frankly has changed our life (for the better of course). To his managers, Sammy is a keeper and if he is any indication of your training program then kudos to that department as well. Highest recommendation.

Joe always checked up with us as to how the house hunting was going and was always willing to look up information for us. He also kept in contact with our realtor as needed. Thank you Joe for all you did for us.

Mr. Oliveras was the epitome of professionalism. I retired after 35 years in advertising sales, I knew from our first conversation he was a "gem. " His knowledge and patience is what all sales personnel should strive to be. Thank you again for everything. Karen Gilbert Hansford

Tom is the best of the best. He goes out of his way to ensure you are satisfied with the terms of your loan and overall loan process. He's extremely quick and thorough with following up and provides even better clarification when you have any questions! Thanks for your help Tom - closed on my home in 30 days!

I am an individual who can be extremely indecisive and at times can fall short when properly researching all that is needed before starting a process. As a result, this can lead to a hundred questions and portray me as a very complicated customer which is not my intentions at all. Well that's exactly what occurred when going through my refinance. However, Maria remained patient and totally professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well informed. Her thoroughness, knowledge and expertise was impeccable with a pleasant personality that never wavered. I consider Maria to be a phenomenal asset to the Rocket Mortgage company. She comes highly recommended and is an absolute blessing to do business with.Read MoreRead Less
