Oops, I made a mistake in my last review of Ashawn. I gave him 4 stars and he is definitely a 5+ star! I thought he hadn’t mentioned anything about closing costs and stated that in my previous review. I also texted him late at night. He responded first thing in the morning, a Saturday by the way. When he explained how our refinance worked I remembered he had told me. The guy is first class ...Oops, I made a mistake in my last review of Ashawn. Tima was outstanding start to finish with our refi. He was creative in finding what worked specifically for our situation. He and the Rocket Mortgage reps assigned to our loan always kept us abreast of the proceedings. Using rocket mortgage was amazingly fast. Closed in a matter of 3 weeks start to finish. It was an amazing simple transaction experience. Thank you

Not sure what I would do without Eric. We have just closed on our 3rd home loan with him, he is very professional and keeps the process smooth and easy. It is not always easy to gather all the information needed for a loan but Eric keeps things on track and always find a way to overcome any challenges. Call him - he will get it done!

Great communication, never any push-back, willing to explain every little detail to you when there is confusion. I was a first time home-buyer and Tom was great to work with!
