Her professionalism carried through the entire process from start to finish. Although we were able to communicate through the Rocket Mortgage portal, there were several times either my husband or I would email her directly and she always answered our emails. She not only answered our emails, but was always very prompt with an answer for us, which made us feel even better about out decision to use Rocket Mortgage.
We felt she truly cared about making this process as stress free as possible.
I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone wanting to refinance their home.
