I cannot thank Craig and Rocket Mortgage enough! After attempting the refinance process with my bank, I eventually gave up because the lack of communication and the traditional process was beyond frustrating. Rocket Mortgage and Craig - you get it! You get that we live in a world of technology and instant communication and you use that to develop awesome customer service. I will never look back to the world of traditional bank financing after experiencing your progressive process!Read MoreRead Less

The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is submitting documents. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were.

It was a pleasure work with Joe and the entire Rocket Mortgage team.Read MoreRead Less

Julius was such a awesome person to do business with. He made the process “painless”. He was timely with the process and answered all the questions I asked. He is a person who doesn’t intimidate the customer. Thanks for everything.

I can't begin to express how grateful we are to have worked with John on our refi with Rocket Mortgage. I was very hesitant to try Rocket Mortgage at first, but my wife talked me into it and working with John made me regret why I even took this long. He was more than helpful in explaining what our options were in regards to going with FHA vs Conventional and suggesting which debts to tackle ...I can't begin to express how grateful we are to have worked with John on our refi with Rocket Mortgage. We only hope John is available to work with us again when we try to move from FHA to Conventional down the line.Read MoreRead Less
