He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you.

I never expected to get the service I received via the internet. Chad was a pleasure to work with. What I appreciated the most was I talked to him on the phone for more than 15 minutes about what I was looking for before he ever asked for my SS#. That is unheard of, every other mortgage firm I've dealt with that was the 1st question asked. I'm very cautious of my credit and giving my SS# out ...I never expected to get the service I received via the internet. Chad was a pleasure to work with. It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! And I recommend him to absolutely everyone who is searching or have found their dream home and is in need of help!
