I had explained to him from the outset that I really needed to get this done in 30 days or less and he and the team at Rocket Mortgages got me done in about 3 and a half weeks. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. They follow a process that hands you over to the next account specialist and they apparently communicate very well within this process because I never felt like I had to reexplain anything to the next person. This continued through the whole process and even after it was all done, the follow up was very professional. i would highly recommend Joe Murado and the team at Rocket Mortgage without any hesitation.

Jason as my liaison with Rocket Mortgage did an outstanding job facilitating the execution of the refinance and combination of a heloc and first mortgage into one loan. This is my second transaction with Rocket Mortgage in about six years. I was impressed the first time and have referred friends and family to Rocket Mortgage. His straightforward approach and his patience was very much appreciated. He took the time to personally answer all my questions. He does not know this, but my father has been suffering from ALS for the last 3 years. Providing care for my father ...Kyle Flynn is worth all the 5 stars I am giving him. Kyle worked with me on my time, which could begin at 9:00 PM EST. He did this without hesitation neither did he even ask any questions.
