Ryan was very available and knew the answer or how to find the answer to every question that I had. His answers were correct and everything went at the speed he said it would. My only issue was cramming everything that's needs done into too short of a timeline. The next time I do this I am going be sure that there an extra week or maybe two of time to process all of the paperwork needed before the set closing date.
