Excellent employee. Covers all aspects of the proposed process and keeps in touch as it moves forward. Dan has a great attitude and makes the usually painful experience of a refi a pleasant event! Great working with him, he stands out!

Raymn was always available, at all times of the day, to answer my questions throughout the loan process. He responded quickly and thoroughly. He provided several different loan scenarios in a very transparent way, making it easy to compare between loans. He continued to provide updates through-out the loan process, until we closed.

Sage is one of the most pleasant customer service representatives we have dealt with- ever. Genuine, positive ... and never makes you feel like "it's just a job" for him. This is a quality that is very rare in customer service representatives.

Bill was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end; any questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. He helped us understand every step and went the extra mile to help us get all the necessary paper-work together. We couldn't recommend Bill any higher...he is a great asset to Rocket Mortgage, and was a great asset for us during the whole process.

Alex was very professional, but I still felt like I made a friend. This whole experience was awesome and I couldn't imagine that it could be that easy, but it was. Alex was always there for me if I ever needed anything. I would recommend Alex and this process to anyone.

Ryan was a wonderful representative and always a pleasure to work with. He provided on-the-spot answers to all my questions and concerns and returned my call promptly. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone needing a home loan. I feel he worked hard to find me the best rate possible and for that I am very thankful and extremely pleased with my first home loan through LendingTree. Great job Ryan and keep up the good work.
