Started working with Brian through the live-chat feature, because my login info was all jacked up. From that point on, all the way to closing of my new loan, Brian was The Man. Super fast, super helpful, always available. If only their other loan people were as good as Brian.

Clark was great! He handled a complicated insurance transfer along with the refi, answered all our questions, followed up, and made the process incredibly smooth. We have worked with other banks and mortgage companies, and Clark's service was by far the best.

Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. The process could not have been more organized or smoother. Would never consider using anyone but Daniel and Rocket Mortgage in the future.

Manar was great. She followed up promptly and politely. I would call her again on my next mortgage.

If you need to finance or get a mortgage with any company, Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. From start to closing, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Assi and he made our refinance process pleasant and made us feel extremely secure.

Mike Assi was most helpful and he made us feel like a valued customer. He made our refinance experience very simple and the whole process was done online and over the phone. Mike was professional, courteous, and sensitive to our financial concerns. Answers to our questions were clear and concise and conducted in a most professional manner. Also, Mike was tentative to our needs and the whole experience was done in a more than efficient timely manner.

We would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and would like to thank Mike Assi again. Not only did we have any amazing experience, we also feel like we made a new friend. Thank You!

Sincerely,

Michael and Janet Maloney
