Mike has a great personality. His patience to listen to my questions, then explain things the way i understand it makes him unique. He is available any time over the phone and email, even late night 10:00pm and Sunday. Whenever I call, he is most welcoming me and encouraging me to keep intouch with the company.

What a pleasant experience, always kept me informed with everything going on. Took the time to go over each document before I signed. Wish he worked at every company that I do business with. What an asset Rocket Mortgage has. Would recommend Garrett to everybody.
