Martin was fantastic to work with! He related to our issues, had solutions for our problems, and processed our application in record time. I would recommend working with Martin all day long.

Alan was great. We had a few problems with the checks not arriving on time as promised (they were supposed to be overnighted to arrive on Saturday 12/23/2018. With the holiday and vacation time, the check was not received until late afternoon on Tuesday 12/26/2018. Therefore I couldn't mail it until Wednesday 12/27/2018, which was disappointing.

Jerry was polite, direct, informative and personable. He took the time necessary to make sure everything about the loan process was clear and and was especially helpful in presenting the refinancing choices we had. He also was a great help in working through the on-line entry process.
