I give you and Rocket Mortgage 5 Stars. UPS I give 1star. Just thought you might wasn't to know. When UPS brought the package he knocked and put the package at the front door. He was leaving when I got the door opened. I asked if I needed to sign for it . He said oh yes. If I had not been here that check would have been left out there and any one could have picked it up. The first time I talked to Ken, I explained to him the purpose of refinancing the existing mortgage loan to obtain cash to buy land adjacent to my property to build an Assisted Living House. I mentioned to him how much money I needed to begin, and to justify to paid a higher interest than the existing one. He said then that he could do that, and sure enough he did! After that everything went on wheels. I found Ken to be always honest, professional, a step ahead at all times, understanding, and kind just to mention some of his qualities. If I ever refinance again, I would be very happy if I could work with him again, or somebody so dedicated to do everything right like him.
