From the minute I called and spoke to Cass I had an awesome feeling. I had been working with another lender and felt pressured. When speaking to Cass I got more from him in 15 minutes than I did after 2 weeks with the other lender. I immediately knew that Cass was the person I wanted to work with. He sounded very honest, knowledgeable, interested in my needs and so informative.

To be honest, I didn't mean to apply with Rocket Mortgage. I was playing around looking for a home equity line, thought I had filled out a contact form for another company. Then Alan called in response... Alan thought he could find me a loan. In my head I was thinking sure...but he seemed confident so what the hell. We went through the application process and I kept waiting for him to tell me ...To be honest, I didn't mean to apply with Rocket Mortgage. I was playing around looking for a home equity line, thought I had filled out a contact form for another company. Then Alan called in response... Alan thought he could find me a loan. In my head I was thinking sure...but he seemed confident so what the hell. We went through the application process and I kept waiting for him to tell me "Sorry can't do it". Because of my credit card debt, my credit wasn't stellar so I also expected a high interest rate, 30 year note or just a plain no. But instead....he came back with a sweet deal that cut off months on my current mortgage, lowered my interest rate and got me completely out of credit card debt.
