Aaron was super amazing and very friendly. He went over all our options and was very through. He spoke with both my husband and I and was extremely patient while we decided what route we were going to take. He was also our biggest cheerleader encouraging us along the way as the proc can get stressful. Everything he had to do on his end was preformed very quickly. Brian has been excellent from start to finish. The day after thanksgiving, we received a call from Brian to review our options for refinance. I told him that we were initially reviewed and were told that that our refinance is not doable. Brian diligently look at our file and confidently said, it could be done. And true to his words, 3 days after we were already doing all the required paper ...Brian has been excellent from start to finish.
