I can't possibly express how comfortable I felt with this whole endeavor because of her professional and personal ethic. I would HIGHLY recommend her (as I already have) to anyone that is looking to achieve a financial goal. The entire process from application to closing was seamless and without hassle. Rocket Mortgage’s team approach to processing the loan was Impressive and if one person wasn’ available there was always somebody to answer questions. The processing platform they use is the best in the industry and signing documents is a breeze with online signatures. Uploading docs is simple, quick and effortless. The number one complaint from borrowers was not knowing where they stood with their loans and loan officers who didn’t return calls.
