Unbelievable!! All through the process, which I might add, from beginning to close, took only a few weeks. Jill Patel was very receptive, knowledgeable and personable. From day one, Jill put my mind at ease when it came to ensuring me that I was getting the best rate possible. After shopping around, I discussed other options with her and she gave me the questions to ask the other lenders, so that ...Unbelievable!! All through the process, which I might add, from beginning to close, took only a few weeks. Jill Patel was very receptive, knowledgeable and personable. From day one, Jill put my mind at ease when it came to ensuring me that I was getting the best rate possible. After shopping around, I discussed other options with her and she gave me the questions to ask the other lenders, so that I could get all of the appropriate info and compare apples to apples. She responded by email, phone and texts. Yes, text messaging! I was amazed at the immediate follow up, no matter the time of day or EVENING! Owning several homes over the years and working with multiple local banks, I can not tell you how easy this process was. I created my login and signed EVERYTHING through my cell phone. How easy is that? I was able to upload everything online without having to scan, fax or mail anything! At closing, a lawyer will even come to you to sign the closing documents. All through the process, I kept thinking "This is way too easy." and "I cant believe how quick this has been." Thank you!!

OMAR WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. EASED MY CONCERNS REGARDING ONLINE LOAN PROCESSING. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. HE ALSO MADE ME FEEL HE TRULY VALUED HELPING ME REDUCE MY INTEREST RATE AND LOAN TERM. HE LOOKED AT MULTIPLE WAYS TO DO SO. HE ALSO SHARED MY SAVINGS OVER EACH OPTION I WAS LOOKING AT. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH CALLS ALONG THE WAY. HE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

Aaron helped me every step of the way, super easy, convenient and helpful. When I would log into my account and ask a question it was answered usually within 15 min sometimes faster and he would stay on top of my loan the whole way. He helped us all the way! Awesome Job!
