Matthew Ross was very knowledgeable about refinancing our mortgage. He kept us informed. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. It was wonderful to do much of the paperwork from home on a weekend. I would highly recommend Matthew Ross.

Abe was great! From start to finish this was the easiest loan I ever got. Abe was very good at communicating what was happening with my loan. He was also very accessible. If I left him a voicemail, he reminded very quickly. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend Rocket Mortgage.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage and mike was exceptional. Mike seemed to know his job very well , great customer relations. There was no pressure in making any decisions, the information on loan and options where explained very well. As the process of getting approved, he was there with quick response to any questions I had . Mike made refinancing as simple as possible đź‘Ť

Nichole was very professional and she reached out to me with a better refinancing option and even though I was not willing to proceed she went ahead and spoke to her manager and got him to call me back with a better rate and helped close the loan seamlessly. thanks Nichole

Gerald Pierce was very professional and no nonsense right from the start. He didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver and was honest and forthright; right from the start. This was my second refi with Rocket Mortgage and this experience was better than first (first was not bad). Tyler had identified that rates and my situation were good for opportunity to refinance. Tyler was very prompt with responses and stayed involved throughout the process.
